  • veggies, included serving of fruit; dense carbs for activity
  • use a calculator to calculate carbs – fitday.com
  • if your energy feels good – you’re doing ok. energy low? check your dense carbs.
  • if you see any sweetener added, you want the grams of sugar to be very low

BREAKFAST | Green Smoothie-coconut milk, spinach/kale, green-tipped banana

LUNCH | Hamburger soup- hamburger, veggies, broth
