- sausage and sweet potato (I feel like a broken record, but hey – if it works, roll with it!) – spread this out to 2 “meals” – some before my case started and some after.
- almonds – yum. these have become a savior.
- beef/green beans/sweet potato
- apple bite with almond butter
- canned chicken/mayo/pickles – chicken salad
*Feeling really bloated today. And hungry. Just polished off more chicken salad and feel full. But bloated. Not great. Ugh. I really dislike bloated…..!!
