21 Day Sugar Detox: Day 6


YOU MAY EXPERIENCE: Cold- or flu-like symptoms beginning to subside. Revisit your meal planning outline, and be sure that you are ready for Week 2 before it starts.

Audio Notes:

  • Day 6 can be a lull in prep/planning
  • Revisit what you have for meals/snacks
  • Make snacks
  • 2 weeks in – palate changes – not sweet treats don’t taste that great week 1, but will come week 2
  • Cashews and peanuts are sweeter – retrain the palate.
