Day 5…..consumed

  • sausage and sweet potato

  • bacon and roasted red potato hash w/ club soda from Modern Malt (yes, I avoided the malts – win for me!)
  • banana and almonds
  • tuna, pickles and mayo (I found a compliant organic mayo at Wegmans)
  • chicken parm w brown rice noodles from Fork2Fit (they just posted this creation on the site so we had to try our first meal!)
  • green beans
  • pumpkin pancake

Was pretty okay today but couldn’t seem to shake the hunger post 4pm.
