  • sausages and sweet potato breakfast

*10m bike ride and 3.5m run

  • sausages and pumpkin pancakes
  • ground beef/green beans/sweet potato
  • almonds
  • green beans/carrots
  • steak and sweet potatoes – I tried the asian ginger flank steak from the 21DSD Cookbook – RAVE reviews for the marinade. The Hubs said he’d use that on anything, even as a sauce. Yup, it was that good.
